I treat AI tools the way I’ve treated every new technology in my career: try them on real work, keep what earns its place, and be honest about where they fall short. At STE I built generative AI systems for sales and marketing, so I bring both the advisor’s view of where AI creates value and the builder’s view of what it takes to make it work.
Projects
AI-driven ad pipeline
Built a pipeline that takes ad creative from generation to distribution, connecting Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Codex, Calix Engagement Cloud, monday.com and Notion. It doubled initial engagement, sustained 5–8% monthly growth in subscriber engagement over six months, and drove a 5% uplift in sales.
A CRM built with generative AI
Used generative AI to design and build a CRM in monday.com Work Management, with lead tracking, price lists, quoting and automatic updates, so the sales team works from one shared system.
Scheduled content agents
Daily scheduled agents scan social channels for trends and generate post ideas and images, guided by brand-voice templates, style guides and an agent-readable project harness.
Replacing agency spend with in-house tools
Ended an agency retainer and an outside web hosting contract, about $20,000 a year, and replaced them with Calix Engagement Cloud, Canva and generative AI tools run in-house.
Operations automation
At Complete Communications, moved billing and dispatching onto monday.com and automated fiber construction unit reporting, cutting billing prep time in half.
How I work
From interest to governed execution
For small and mid-size operators, the hard part isn’t the model. It’s finding the few workflows where AI saves real time, proving them on a real implementation, and getting people comfortable using it. I combine process discovery and workshop facilitation, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and hands-on data and Python skills to move teams there.
Governance
Contributed to STE’s AI usage policy, and bring experience with regulatory compliance and managed security in a regulated industry.
Toolkit
Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub and GitHub Actions for versioning and automation, local models in LM Studio, Python, monday.com, Notion and Calix Engagement Cloud.
