Duties: Design and manage the implementation of projects including cloud services, data center design (local and remote), local- and wide-area networks, telephony systems and network security. Assist sales staff with solution development then manage projects post-sale including scheduling resources, ordering products and equipment and delivering training to staff and end-users as required. Regional subject matter expert for ShoreTel telephony, Adtran Bluesocket wireless, Ruckus Wireless and Avaya IP Office.
Details: Designed and sold $750,000 worth of equipment and network in the first 12 months with the company plus the two largest equipment sales in district office in the last 5 years. Designed and tested some internal engineering tools.
