I got up plenty early today to try to build a new habit. Well, really it’s an old habit that has gone by the wayside–exercise. Pavel has moved the gym and now it’s a scant 5 minute drive, eliminating all remaining excuses. Today’s workout was shoulders and arms which was a gentle way to work back in to the groove.
The new gym is very nice with warm colors, lower ceilings and better lighting. He put up a new TV today, one with a built-in DVD player to watch movies and such. It made going to the gym a lot more like visiting a club and not just a place to work out.
