1. Hey Steve,

   Your Hummus recipe sounds pretty good!

   We have always LOVED Hummus… but after UAEing it this past November we almost eat more of it than we drink water! We just love it!!!

   We have a couple of ways to fix it, and even one can we buy from Price Cutter (with Arabic on it)… but no matter who makes it or where we get it there is ONE thing that we must do to it every time that gives it the true “Middle Eastern” flair. That thing… sprinkle lightly toasted Pine Nuts on top of it.

   MMMMmmmm Mmmmmm!!!

   You’ve got to try it like that! 🙂
